看起来你正在尝试安装最新版本的nokogiri。 尝试使用--version指定精确版本。
另请注意nokogiri 1.6+的以下要求
- ruby1.9.3或更高
- 在Nokogiri 1.6.0及更高版本中，不再需要libxml2和libxslt
