mysql2 gem v.0.2.6已经发布，支持win32。
gem install mysql2现在没有问题（安装了DevKit）。

我猜这个gem使用C绑定，所以必须编译。 要在Windows中执行此操作，您可能需要设置整个mingw（或可能是cygwin）环境。 而且， 我不确定这会有所帮助 。
