  heroku run:detached rake db:migrate 

你也可以尝试heroku故障排除 ，因为它似乎是一个连接问题。

 heroku run rails console telnet rendezvous.runtime.heroku.com 5000 

如果它不起作用，您可能有防火墙阻止您与heroku的连接。
